Employer-sponsored groups have access to quality and cost-effective group medical, dental, and vision insurance that, when compared to individual policies, are significantly less expensive, typically provide broader coverage, and often have no exclusion for pre-existing health conditions.  In addition, Group Insurance plans for Life, Disability Income, and Long Term Care are available, with lower cost and less qualifications than individual policies.
